We will provide travel grants to participants who need it the most. All student presenters who have to pay a significant amount of the participation cost (registration fee, travel, accommodation) from their own pocket (private resources) are eligible for such a grant of €300.
To apply for a travel grant, please, send an email to email@example.com before April 5, 2020, using “Travel grant” as a subject. In the email, justify your request by providing estimated travel costs. Also, provide a letter signed by your supervisor confirming your lack of funds to attend ECVP. We will announce the Travel grant winners by June 14, 2020.
Best students’ presentation award
Student presentations are those where presenter is a Master or a PhD student who made substantial contribution to the work. This should be indicated during abstract submission. Student presentations are eligible for the Best students’ presentation award. Award winners will be decided by the scientific committee and announced at the business meeting last day of the conference.

It is our great pleasure to announce that once again, the AVA and ECVP will be collaborating to offer the Tom Troscianko memorial award to adventurous young scientists attending ECVP. The award of £2,000 should cover travel and registration costs for ECVP, including an additional visit to (at least) one other location for scientific purpose with an emphasis on adventure!
